Homeowners need a straight answer.
You don't need a sales pitch — you need someone to explain what's happening inside your walls, in plain language, and reassure you it's being handled right.
Wes Hebeisen — Home-Building Consultant
Most homeowners need an explanation and a little reassurance. Most DIYers need it simple. I’m the advocate in your corner — the consultant who makes sure the job gets done once.
The Manifesto
You don't need a sales pitch — you need someone to explain what's happening inside your walls, in plain language, and reassure you it's being handled right.
If you're swinging the hammer yourself, you don't need a lecture. You need the one clear explanation that keeps you from doing the job twice.
The most expensive work in construction is the work you pay for twice. My job is to make sure yours gets done once — and done right.
The Builder
I’ve spent 30+ years framing, finishing, and fixing homes — and just as long standing between homeowners and bad information. I don’t sell jobs. I explain them: what’s behind your walls, what it should take, and how it gets done right the first time.
Whether you’re hiring a crew or picking up the hammer yourself, you deserve a consultant whose only agenda is your project done right.
How It Works
Every engagement starts the same way: a short intake call. If the fit is right, we go further. If it isn’t, you still leave with a straight answer.
Fifteen minutes. You talk, I listen. No pitch, no pressure — just your project and my full attention.
You leave the call knowing what your project actually needs, what it doesn't, and the questions to ask next.
If we're a match, we schedule the real conversation — plans, pitfalls, and how the job gets done right the first time.
The Intake Call
Bring your questions, your contractor’s quote, or your half-finished basement. Snap a few photos of the project — a picture saves a thousand questions. I’ll tell you what I’d do if it were my own house.
